Refund Policy

Last updated Aug 9, 2026

Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains when payments for Gametrix software licences can and cannot be refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. What you are buying

Our products are digital goods: software source code and related files delivered electronically as a download immediately after payment is confirmed. Nothing physical is shipped, and delivery is complete the moment the download is made available to you.

2. Your EU withdrawal right — and how it is waived

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost once delivery has begun, where you have given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU).

By ticking the agreement box at checkout you give that express consent: you ask us to deliver the software immediately after payment, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Most of our customers purchase as businesses, to whom consumer withdrawal rights do not apply in any case.

3. When we do refund

  • Non-delivery: your payment was confirmed on the blockchain but no download was made available to you and we cannot make it available within 72 hours of you contacting us.
  • Duplicate payment: you demonstrably paid the same order twice; the duplicate is refunded.
  • Materially defective product: the delivered software materially fails to conform to its published description and we are unable to correct the non-conformity within a reasonable time. In that case you are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable digital-content law, up to a refund.

4. When we do not refund

  • Change of mind after the download has been made available.
  • Inability or failure to obtain gambling licences, payment processing, hosting, or any other third-party approval needed to operate the software. Verifying legal and regulatory feasibility in your target markets is your responsibility before purchase.
  • Issues caused by your own modifications, misconfiguration, hosting environment, or third-party integrations.
  • Third-party costs of any kind (hosting, domains, game-provider fees, licences, marketing).
  • Rental and custom-build engagements, which are governed by the individual agreement scoped with you before work begins.

5. How refunds are paid

Payments are made in cryptocurrency. Approved refunds are returned to a wallet address you provide, in the same cryptocurrency and for the same crypto amount we received, minus unavoidable network fees. We are not responsible for exchange-rate movements between payment and refund.

6. How to request a refund

Contact us within 14 days of payment via the contact page or the email in the footer, quoting your order number (ST-…) and describing the problem. We respond within 2 business days and, where a refund is approved, send it within 7 business days of receiving your wallet address.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design; there is no chargeback mechanism. Please contact us first — genuine problems are resolved quickly. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you hold as a consumer under applicable law.
